Simply fill in the personal details and choose a password. You will now automatically receive an e-mail with a confirmation link from "email@example.com".
Once you have clicked on the link, your registration is complete.
How do I change my data in my customer account?
Log in to your customer account with your login details.
Under the "Addresses" tab, you can now change your invoice and delivery address or add an additional address for delivery. Under the "Account data" tab, you can change your e-mail address and password for the login.
I have forgotten my password.
Click on "Forgot your password?" in the login window, then enter the e-mail address you have registered in your customer account and confirm your entry by clicking on "Request new password".
You will now receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password and create a new one.
How do I delete my customer account?
If you would like to completely delete your customer account, including all the data it contains, please contact our customer service by using the contact form.
Can I also place my order by telephone or e-mail?
Unfortunately, this method of ordering is no longer possible for technical and logistical reasons.
Please always place your order using our online store.
What payment options are available?
We offer the following payment options in our store:
- Prepayment via Transfer
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Invoice (via Klarna, only available in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France)
- Immediate transfer (via Klarna, only available in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Sweden, Italy & Spain)

If you have not received an order confirmation, please check the spam folder in your e-mail inbox. If you have not received an order confirmation there either, your order has probably not been completed or the e-mail address has not been entered correctly.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes once you have completed your order.
Will I receive an invoice for my documents?
You will automatically receive an invoice by e-mail once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping & delivery
How much is the shipping?
Within Germany, we charge a fixed shipping fee of 3.95 € per order. From an order value of 25.00 € we deliver free of charge.
We charge 15.00 € per order for shipping abroad.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days in Germany. For deliveries abroad, your order will reach you within 5-10 working days. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered by DHL.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track your shipment with DHL. If you have not received your order yet, please check the shipment tracking first to find out the current location of your package.
